It is not the first time that Genshin Impact 2.6 leaks have hinted on the mysterious character’s return. Several data miners had suggested that he will be seen in the game and the upcoming update will reveal more details surrounding the character including his vision.

Dainsleif wears almost a similar eye patch to Kaeya and his powers, although mysterious seem very intimidating. Therefore, saving primogems for him will be worth it.
